This property is only a stone’s throw from the beach and the home was designed for a family of beach lovers. The home is centered around an intimate open plan living space. However, on the second floor is a comfortable family room with a large exterior balcony to enjoy water views. Also on the property is a guest cottage for growing children and guests.
