10. Surfside:

The home was originally built in early 1990’s. Although an unusual design, the exterior aesthetics were maintained during a 2021 renovation but the interior was completely reimagined. The house is now a sophisticated beach house with ample bedrooms and every opportunity to capture views of the beach and open ocean.
