15. Wharf Cottage

Located on one of the most photographed locations on the island, this wharf cottage underwent a complete repair and renovation project. The building regularly flooded during storm events so the structure was lifted and placed on a new pier system. The interior layout was rethought and renovated to maintain a classic nautical look. The cottage is used primarily as a launching place for boating but bunks were added to the loft space in case crew needs time on land.
